Products & Services
Wig Fetish Co specializes in custom-made wigs and beauty products. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, processing and shipping times may vary depending on demand and order volume.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. During periods of high-volume sales, processing and shipping times may be extended. Estimated shipping timeframes are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Pricing & Availability
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Product availability may vary due to inventory demand and restocks.
Cancellations
Customers may request an order cancellation by contacting our support team. Once an order has entered processing, shipment preparation, or has already shipped, cancellation requests may not be guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted upon approval only. Returned products must remain unused, unworn, untouched, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take approximately 2–5 business days to appear depending on the customer’s financial institution.
Fraud Prevention
Wig Fetish Co reserves the right to cancel any order flagged by our payment processor or fraud prevention system as high risk, suspicious, unauthorized, or disputed.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, the associated order may be automatically canceled or suspended while the matter is reviewed.
Limitation of Liability
Wig Fetish Co shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, high-volume order seasons, manufacturing delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, branding, product images, videos, graphics, and marketing materials, remains the property of Wig Fetish Co and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
