At Wig Fetish Co, all wigs are custom-made and prepared with care to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Processing & Shipping Times
Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume, product demand, and customization requirements.

During periods of high-volume orders, shipping and processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works to fulfill every order as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted upon approval only. To qualify for a return, the wig must be completely untouched, unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.

For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, approved returns that show signs of wear, styling, cutting, installation, odors, or product alteration may be denied.

Order Cancellations
If processing times are longer than expected, customers may request an order cancellation by contacting our support team through our customer support email.

Refund Processing
Once a cancellation or approved refund has been processed, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for the refund to appear back in your original payment account, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Preorder & Processing Policy

All Wig Fetish Co. products are custom made to order. Once your preorder is placed, production begins specifically for your order.

Please allow 3–6 weeks for your order to be completed and finalized. Processing times may vary depending on current order volume, product demand, and production schedules.

We understand that processing times may not work for everyone. If you decide you no longer wish to wait, you may request to cancel your order at any time before it has shipped.

To request an order cancellation, please contact our support team at support@wigfetishco.com with your order number. Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, your order will be canceled and refunded if it has not yet entered the shipping stage.

By placing a preorder with Wig Fetish Co., you acknowledge and agree to the estimated processing timeframe of 3–6 weeks before shipment.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Customers now have the option to request an order cancellation directly through their Order Status Page.

To cancel your order, simply access your order status page using your order confirmation details and select the cancellation option (if your order is eligible). Cancellation requests must be submitted before your order has entered the fulfillment or production process.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or moved into production, cancellations may no longer be available.
